Web Site Advertising Agreement and Contract

Advertisement Description:

Companies / users may sign up for a contract period of one month, three months, 6 months, or 1 year duration for a single advertising space on the Styl-city.com web site. The advertisement will appear on the web site home page and other pages depending on the type of advertising purchased. This advertisement could be in a random rotation with other advertisements depending on types. Users will view your advertisement each time they log on.

Sponsored links are sites that support other sites by purchasing advertisement to gain traffic on their site. These advertisements are always clearly labeled as Sponsored Links. Sponsored links are targeted to the topic and location of a search sometimes and are extremely relevant. Many users find that sponsored links often lead them to websites that contain the information for which they were searching.  Remember, promoting your site is not a one-time event that occurs after launching but, it should be an ongoing activity as long as you are on the web. Prices are: $25 for one month, $70 for 3months, $140  for 6 months, and $290 for one year.

Ad or banner space is provided on a number of pages throughout the system. It is located at the top of the page so that companies can be viewed by millions of members and gains the desired traffic on their site.  Our rates are:  $300 dollars for 3 months $580 dollars for 6 months and $1150dollars for one year.  Don’t have a banner?   We will create one as a part of your package.

Show stopper is a space provided on the home page to give upcoming professionals and business owners a better way to advertise to millions of viewers monthly.  It is very beneficial to users who need exposure in their area of work.  The fee is $25 dollars per month and you can purchase space for up to 3 months. 

College is list of links created to give high school and college students a chance to see what schools are out there and what areas of study they offer.  It’s very important to know what opportunities students have. Prices are: $25 for one month, $70 for 3months, $140 for 6 months, and $290 for one year.

Advertisement size: Show stoppers 400 pixels wide by 40 pixels, Banner ad space: Sponsored links (links only) Colleges (links or banners space)

Advertisement may contain: Company logo, Individual Company web site link, general information about the company that can fit into the advertising space described above depending on the advertisement.

Once your advertisement is placed on the web site, no changes shall be made for the remainder of your contract time, unless a fundamental error has been made, and it needs to be corrected, or banner advertising need to be changed.

_ Advertising on the web site is on a first-come first-served basis. To give all interested parties a fair chance, automatic renewals are not to be expected. If your advertisement is currently being featured, you may not reapply for another contract until 3 weeks before your current contract ends. If you are not currently being featured, you may submit your contract as soon as you wish, but check for availability. 

_ You will receive a notice in your e-mail confirming your advertising contract’s acceptance, also informing you of your scheduled feature months, or you will receive a notice (either by mail, phone or fax), requesting that you select an alternate contract time, depending upon space availability. A check or credit card transaction for the cost of the advertising must be paid in full to the address above or pay-pal, and no advertising will be posted until 7-15 business days after payment is received.
