 Profile Design:

1.)        How do I upload music playlists, slide shows, or you tube videos to my page?
A)        On your profile page click "edit page" and drag the "simple text" widget in your desired section, then save your settings.
            Click "edit" in your simple text box, select the embed or url code from your favorite website source and save.

2).         How do I add photos?
A)        On you profile page click "edit page", drag over the photo album widget and save. Click "tools" and select "photos". Click "new album", edit             and add photos.

3).         I'm trying to upload an image, and I am getting an error message... What is wrong? 
A)        Either the picture is too big and needs to be resized or the file is corrupted.

4).         How do I change my profile picture? 
A)        Inside of your settings tab there is a tab down the left hand side that says "edit profile icon" that is where you replace it.

5).         How do I add color, graphics, & cool items to my profile page?
A)        Select the embed or URL code from your source  and place it in the who i am section then save your settings.

6).         What is a widget? 
A)        A widget is a page editor that allows you to add certain add in items to your profile page.

7).         What is a group?
A)        A group is a separate profile page you create for your set of people to chat, broadcast, advertise, and network. You can also join groups.
            This option is under the tools tab.

8).         How do I add the mobile alerts options?
A)        Inside of you settings tab you will find it in the notification settings.

9).         How do I set profile to private?
A)        Each individual feature on this website has an access level on it and you can set any  piece of information to private.

10).       How do I chat with other users?
A)        Under the tools option select chat. You can talk to everyone or right click a user's name and select private message.

11).       How do I blog?
A)        Inside your tools tab click "blogs". You can then write a post, read your friends blogs, or all the site's blogs.

Reporting Abuse:

12).      Someone is pretending to be me - what do I do? 
A)        Contact Styl-City tech support at styl-city-tech@live.com. We will send you instructions.

Your Account:

13).       I forgot my password.
A)         Retrieve your password by clicking the forgot my password tab by the log in box and following the instructions. You will need to enter the email address that we have on file for your account. We'll then email your password to that address.

14).       I forgot my username.
A)        Send an email to "styl-city-tech@live.com" and we will retrieve it for you and send it back to your email address or just do forgot my password and retrieve both.

15).      How do I change my email address?
A)        In the  settings tab  it will be the third option on that page. 

16).      How do I change my password?
A)        In the settings and it will be the second option toward the top of that page.

17).       I can't log into my account.
A)        Check to make sure your information is correct, then send an e-mail to styl-city-tech@live.com if that doesn't work. We will send it to that
            email you have in our system.

18).       How do I change my personal information?
A).        At the  top of the page click images/"settings" and all of your options are there.

19).       Is Styl-City free?
A)        Yes .
